What was the most important aspect for you when choosing a pool grid?
Basically, we chose you in the first round because we wanted a non-white grid. We have already narrowed the circle. After that, we also discussed the prices and the warranty. We could not find such conditions, especially the fact that they give a 5-year guarantee.
What was the most attractive to you about the pool grids we offer?
In addition, it is also unique in that it can withstand outdoor challenges, including UV. What became clear during the journey is that limescale and the minerals of the medicinal water do not accumulate on it. This is very important for us because we save chemicals and thus protect the structure of the pool and the environment.
How do you rate customer service and service?
In all cases, the service was very customer-friendly. We can only recommend it to other operators.
What are your plans for pool grids?
After the successful gray grid project, we plan to replace the grids of our other pool in two steps, namely, after the indoor one, I want a continuous 250 mm long swimming grid around our pool.
